| The product entering the inlet is fed through the rotor segment and gently shuffled on the jacket segment and on the fabric.Due to intermediate spaces between the rotor segment and jacket segment the moving grain is cought by the beaters thereby causing grain-to-grain friction. |
| The grain is discharged at the outlet or supplied directly to the air recycling aspirator, the husks drop in to the collecting hopper. The scouring level can be adjusted using the back and up system.It is used at first and second cleaning section in the flour and semolina mills. |
